Product Overview
 
The pressure relief valve is primarily applied to release overpressure inside the oil tanks of oil-immersed power transformers, power capacitors, reactors and other equipment. In addition to the standard conventional electrical alarm signal, the YSF series pressure relief valve can be optionally equipped with an electrical alarm signal module for computer systems, enabling dual-channel electrical signal output.
 
Product Features
 
- The oil inlet diameter is larger than the effective oil ejection diameter, which reduces the drainage damping after pressure relief activation.
- The electrical switch features high water resistance, delivering superior safety, reliability and tri-proof performance (moisture-proof, mould-proof and salt-fog-proof).
- A bleed plug is added to the valve seat. After oil replenishment for the transformer, excess gas can be exhausted via the bleed plug, effectively preventing valve leakage caused by trapped gas inside the pressure relief valve cavity.
- Adopts quick-plug terminals from well-known brands for neat appearance and convenient wiring.
 
Operating Conditions
 
1. Installation Position: Mounted on the tank cover, riser or upper side wall of the oil tank
2. Temperature Requirements: Ambient storage temperature: -30°C to +50°C; Operating temperature: -50°C to +100°C
3. Relative Humidity: No more than 95% at +20°C
